Welcome to YazRoute. By accessing or using our cloud-based Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) optimization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

YazRoute is a Vehicle Routing API and cloud solving service operated by the YazRoute team, providing routing optimization capabilities for developers, logistics systems, and dispatch platforms. The service includes API access, an online solver, result views, and route history storage.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes.
You may not attempt to disrupt the service through malicious attacks, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized automation.
Usage must remain within the limits of your selected plan (e.g., node limits, request quotas).

5. Intellectual Property

All algorithm engines, designs, source code, and documentation are the exclusive property of the YazRoute team. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of our services is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Our optimization results are based on mathematical models and heuristics. While we strive for high-quality solutions, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time validity of the results. YazRoute team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including delivery delays or increased costs) resulting from the use of our optimization plans.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
